Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fourth Meridian (the "Service"). By requesting access to, or using, the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Fourth Meridian is currently offered as a closed beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and access may be limited or revoked at our discretion.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws that apply to you.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We strongly encourage enabling two-factor authentication. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Your financial data

The Service lets you link financial accounts and add information about your assets, debts, and activity. You represent that you have the right to provide any information you connect or enter. You retain ownership of your data; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

Fourth Meridian is a read-only view of your finances. It does not move money, execute trades, or act on your behalf.

4. Not financial advice

The Service, including any AI-generated briefings or suggestions, is provided for informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional who knows your circumstances. You are solely responsible for decisions you make.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, probing or disrupting the Service outside of a responsible-disclosure context, or using the Service to violate any law.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during beta. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fourth Meridian is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on information presented by the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
